Cute hotel with good service and comfortable facilities. Included breakfast was really good. If you are a sensitive sleeper, beware of the noise if you have room facing the street, the windows don't block any of the noise and you'll hear every car driving outside.

The room and hotel was beautiful. We had views of the ocean. Hotel is quiet but close to the action (5 min walk). The breakfast is included and very good. The staff was very friendly, but seemed unorganized. Water in the room is NOT free (no sign of price but got charged at check out). Room cost is quite expensive for Colombia (would have thought the drinks in the room were included with that price). Overall it is a beautiful hotel, but maybe would stay somewhere a bit more reasonable.

I had an amazing stay at Moet Cartagena . The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The room was spotless, and the the location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and the historic center . I especially think that they should improve the breakfast, give more options and have a menu printed out for the guest. Highly recommend!

Moet Cartagena Boutique is a unique experience. Elegant, quiet and very clean, both in the rooms and in the rest of the facilities. The staff is very attentive to guests' requests, especially Hector, who offers very good guidance regarding interesting places to visit, where to dine and about the history of the city. We are very grateful to everyone, and we will definitely return to Moet Cartagena Boutique.

Moet is a beautiful hotel boutique. It’s super close to everything yet quiet from all that Cartagena has to offer with an amazing sunset view from the rooftop. Cartagena is an awesome city to visit full of colors, music, food, entertainment and tours. The staff is extremely attentive and polite. A special thanks to Mayra, Mari, Y Zerlis for taking care of me while I wasn’t feeling so good. Thank you for my husband’s surprise birthday dessert. And thank you to Esteban for being so kind. I can’t recommend Moet enough! I already know where I’ll be staying for my next Cartagena adventure :) thank you so much! God bless you all!

Amazing! Hotel boutique is a classy chic, super highly tech unique place. Everything in the room is automated, everything! Omg the breakfast 5 stars, and the service; well what can I say. Very nice, absolutely well located, great restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the pool in the first floor, very private and amazing decoration and style. Will definitely come back soon.

The property only has seven rooms and is amazingly stylish. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was gourmet. It was probably the best post eggs and avocado that I’ve ever had. It is close to town city center but fairly quiet for Cartagena. We will definitely be recommending other stay there in the future

If you’re staying in the Walled City in Cartegena stay here! This property is amazing, with bright, clean & comfortable rooms. There’s a perfect view of the sunset from the rooftop and the outdoor terrace is great for enjoying breakfast (also amazing!!). It’s a small property so the service is personalized and their attention to detail is amazing. It’s also a superb location as you’re within the walled city but it’s not quite as rowdy and the central area can get at night.

Gorgeous hotel, small, in a nice city location away from the craziness yet close to everything. Staff went way above to make our stay outstanding. We stayed for four nights with our teenage daughters. The hotel is lovely and the staff is excellent—extremely kind. They went out of their way to walk us to a drugstore when we asked for directions. They also arranged a driver for an outing and gave us tips on where to go. Nicely located in walkable distance to the action but in a quiet corner. The google control of the rooms was a bit unnecessary from our point of view but a novelty nonetheless.

MOET was an amazing experience! The management, Angela and Julian, were welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff addressed us by name the entire stay and were attentive to our every need. From recommendations if where to eat and directions to places on interest, to making sure everything was to our liking. MOET takes place in house built in the 1500's which was renovated to a tasteful and beautiful boutique hotel. Tasteful decor, music, and ambiance in every corner with a beautiful intimate rooftop to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. We found our home away from home in Cartagena.

If I could give this property a 20 I would!! 5 star all around !! They make you feel right at home, the location is completely walkable to anything inside the walled city. Julian Heredia the manager is a man of word, and Anyela we were well greeted. The staff went above and beyond for us. It’s super safe they worry about their tourist and if we make it back to the hotel safe or not. My favorite part had to be that they get the room ready for you before bed, by leaving a bottle of water on you night stand with a chocolate. The esthetics of the place was pleasing. Everything about this place was absolutely perfect !!! If staying in Cartagena look into this place you won’t regret it !!
