Quick check-in but not very friendly. Rooms and hotel were clean. The beds were not very comfortable but the pillows were really bad/lumpy! Woke up with a crick in my neck! Breakfast was the typical Holiday Inn but the pancake make did not work.

The stay was good however, when I checked in I had to wait to get help while a hotel employee stocked the snack bar. It wouldn’t have been a big deal except she saw me walk up to the counter and did not acknowledge me for a few minutes. The staff at check in and check out were all friendly. The room was comfortable. The window shades were broken, they wouldn't go up or down. We had to put pillows against the window to block the sun ftom coming in. We addressed the issue with the front desk, they offered to move us but did not have the same type of room open. They did not offer any discounts due to the shades being broken.
