This was a very comfortable, friendly hotel. The staff were amazing. Really good pool for the children. Evening and day time activities were included. The breakfast was fantastic and we ate here one evening and the meal was delicious if a little pricy. There is an outdoor bar above the pool where you can go during the day or evening. We stayed 10 nights at the hotel and we had a wonderful time. Everything was amazing: the staff, accommodation, breakfast, location, swimming pool and restaurant. We went with our dog who was welcomed with a comfortable bed and very practical plates for food and water. Although, dogs are not allowed at the pool area we could chill with her by the terrace. The only thing it could be better is the WiFi in the room, because in other areas of the hotel it is perfect. Thank you very much!

The Monte Rossa is awesome.It is well staffed with people that can't do enough for you. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great. Francesca at the front desk is fantastic. They even new we had an early flight and told us to get downstairs early and they'd provide some breakfast snacks and coffee. This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in anywhere.

Loved our balcony
Pros are that this is a very clean hotel with a nice staff, and they offer a great breakfast. We had a nice room with it's own lovely balcony, and we enjoyed the surrounding church bells. The only con was a loud disco party on the hotel's beautiful terrace.
