Superb hotel and location. We were there for my wife’s birthday and the Hotel were so kind to recognize this and helped us celebrate with a lovely gift. Such a memorable time. The Spa was amazing as well and the hotel is in a great location. Will be back!

Great hotel in a good location for the beach, couldn’t fault the service from the friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable beds, pool area very nice, great breakfast buffet. Pool bar service and food we had on a couple of occasions was excellent. A bit of a walk into old Cádiz but it was a pleasant walk along the beach. Some people might find it a bit far but there are buses and taxis for those who don’t want to walk. 10/10 I wouldn’t hesitate in going back or recommending it to friends and family. An extremely enjoyable week’s holiday.

Great location and nice views. But so many unnecessary rules for the guests. I felt bad for the staff who were forced to enforce ridiculous rules around towels, guest access to dining, when or where we were allowed to eat. As two mature couples traveling Spain and Portugal, we did not appreciate this treatment. If they treat their guests with this much regulation, I can only guess as to how poorly they treat the staff.
