Front desk check in was not smooth. My partner was told they didn’t have showers in the spa even though he said he would book a service to have access to a shower after a long flight and before the room was ready. Other than that, all staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Loved the central location of the property as it was close to major attractions, Broadway, and all the best shopping areas. . The hotel was very clean and well decorated and all the staff members were lovely. I had a huge portrait of Bruce Springsteen on the glass of my bathroom door which was so cool.
