The was ok. but there is no place to eat, and very far from downtown, very dark at night, not enough lighting at night.

Demasiado ruido

Tuvimos problemas con el ruido. Se hospedan muchos trabajadores de la zona y lo utilizan como lugar para fiesta. Estuvieron haciendo ruido toda la madrugada. Y al quejarnos con la recepcion su excusa fue que eran trabajadores. Se nos cambio de habitacion pero volvieron a hacer ruido desde las 4 de la mañana.

Las camas tenían cabellos de huéspedes anteriores, el baño exageradamente sucio, el drenaje de la regadera estaba tapado. Se suponía que era área donde no se permitía fumar y el olor era exagerado a cigarro que inclusive había una cajetilla en la pequeña terraza

Ni estacionamiento ni factura.

Mal, tienen estacionamiento pero no nos dejaron estacionarnos, tratamos de cancelar la reservación pero no hacían reembolso y tuvimos que buscar estacionamiento lejos de ahí, lo que ocasionó más gasto de tiempo, dinero y traslados innecesarios. El otro aspecto negativo es que nos dijeron que tampoco emiten facturas.

Fue buena la estancia aunque estubimos un rato sin cable ya que falló por unas horas Y tuvimos unos pequeños problemas con la facturación ya que decían que ellos no me podían facturar que lo tendría que hacer directamente con ustedes. Aunque al final si me hicieron la factura ellos. Por lo demás todo esto bien

Se reservaron tres noches y desafortunadamente no llegamos el primer día. No hubo problema con el ingreso tardío y hasta ahí estuvo bien. No había agua caliente porque según su personal la capacidad de las instalaciones no funcionaba cuando el hotel estaba lleno y no nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa. Ese mismo día dejamos el hotel. La habitación que nos ofrecieron tenía húmedos constantemente las paredes y el piso.
