The property was incredible. The staff all very polite. The food at ‘the deck’ was good. Guest Services Manager Kaia made the stay unforgettable. She helped us out (more than once) and is a great add to the team. If anyone ever has any issues, ask for Kaia by name, she is amazing.

The only Mandatory fees （65$ a night) not mention and when I ask any chargeable activities. They said only a leaflet will show. Suggest must mention to guests when check-in. To avoid any arguments.

The service ia exceptional just the bufget dinner is super costly and hardly veggie options on menu. The sever refused any help but the manager was awsome and got us special off the menu veggie platter so that was awesome service. Every other bit was top class.

This was one of the best hotel stays I can remembering having in a long time. EVERYONE at the hotel was super friendly and helpful and the facilities, the room, the property and the setting are simply stunning. I would recommend this for anyone looking for either a weekend getaway or a longer stay!

Peaceful piece of paradise, what a great escape from the city. Fine dining, high quality service, and stress free from the moment you arrive on the property. A short drive to Port Carling, and not far from Bracebridge, always a pleasure ! A 5 Star Experience.
