it’s not my first time here, we come annually for a forces mental health charity called talking2minds. Never have an issue with the room to staff always friendly and the food I’ve always found to be excellent. You certainly can’t fault the buffet style breakfast.

Lovely staff. Food good. Bedroom so needed updating as was faded and dated but they had done the bathroom. Musty smells abound sadly. Again staff so lovely and helpful. Thank you.

A stunning hotel with a lot of charm and character. Quiet and peaceful. Located about out the way but staff were wonderful and friendly. Nothing was too much if you asked them for anything. A wonderful place to stop. Every meal was lovely and I would recommend the food from the stone and ivy to anyone.

We had a nice stay and the staff are great. This is the second time we have stayed and was extremely disappointed in the breakfast quality this time. Food was dry and juices not replenished and it wasn’t even busy. The room was extremely hot too so not a pleasant experience by far.

Lovely establishment that gives that rural villa charm. The hotel had amble parking space and the room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. A set back to experience was that the initial room assigned to me had an issue with the keycard lock, and I had to walk back and forth 3 times to the front desk (which wasn't exactly close) to finally getting it resolved by assigning me a different room. The staff was overall friendly but I felt perhaps something different could be done to reduce the amount of frustration.
