Needs work
Hotel is very understaffed at night. Just one person at the front desk trying to check people in, take care of housekeeping issues and helping people with luggage since there is no elevator. You can tell that some of the renovations were rushed. So-so overall

Request a firsr loor room, and you're fine.
Thi iis geenerallt a well tun older notel type hotel. There is pleasant leavey courtyard, for those who want to iun wind or kill time waiting for a flight. Apitprot shuttle ios reliable only from notel to sirport. not vice-versa in evening. There is no elevator, so request a first floor room.

Worst front desk service in our years of travel
The hotel was OK - clean, large room but the front desk staff we dealt with was the worst customer service we have ever encountered. We came from a cruise (9:30 am) - were told we could have a 2nd floor room immediately but we are elderly, I utilize wheelchair services and there are no elevators. We asked how long for the first floor rooms - we were told 1-2 hours, so we went for breakfast. When we got back - we asked about how long (we'd been gone until noon or so) now - she just shrugged - said she had to wait for housekeeping to tell her a room was ready. We sat there for four hours - with her not checking whether a room was ready, no updates and rude when we asked whether there would be one soon. After FOUR hours, we were told our room was ready (as were the rooms of EVERY family, person or couple who came in hours after us). Could they not have let us in after a single room was ready, rather than waiting until they were ALL ready? Had the girl from the front desk told us it would be over 4 hours, we would have had our daughter bring luggage up one piece at a time but chose not to do that because she'd said only 1-2 hours. When we told her this after our room was finally ready, she stared at us like we were speaking in tongues, no "sorry it took so long", "sorry housekeeping was on a break" - whatever - just a stare like we were a huge inconvenience. Horrible service. The am front desk staff (young man) was excellent as was the shuttle service.

Good continental breakfast but difficult sleep.
I needed a hotel the night before a cruise, and I enjoyed my stay. The room was neat, and the hotel wasn’t too noisy. I was on the second floor, it’s good to note there’s no elevator, so if needed you’ll have to make sure to request an accessible room. My window was also directly in front of the marquee light, so unfortunately sleep was difficult since the light shines through the edges of the blinds. Breakfast was very good for a continental with a waffle maker, coffee, and juice available. The patio was a nice section to eat in as well. Overall, this is a good stay for a reasonable price, especially when you’re just passing through Miami.

Worst night of my life
We had people out in the middle patio right by our window talking loud and listening to music. It was 10 o’clock when we turned the TV off and it was semi quiet. Only to hear a couple arguing all night long!!! I could hear them to my room like if they where staying in our room smh.. I finally was able to get some sleep around 6 a.m only to hear the early bird people start talking around 7 and waking us up. The place smelled musky and the rooms were not pleasant looking at all like the pictures. Definitely not happy with the place at all.

Brrrrr!
Arrived later in the evening. The weather outside was 50-something degrees. The AC in the room was blowing. It was so cold! I go to get under the blankets to see that there are none. The hotel had booked me next to this little shop thing they have. Whenever someone visits this shop, there's some automated recording that says something to the effect of, "Hello, welcome" repeatedly the entire time the customer is in the store. After hearing it 50+ times, I decided to request a room change and blanket for the bed. Finally, I got settled in the new room, and I can hear the neighbour snoring his lungs out. Whatever, it's better than the store recording. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot, so that was good. Don't think I'd return.

Overall a good stay. Close to the airport and had the basic needs. There was a cobweb in the room so it could use a good cleaning. The bathrooms are super small as well.

No frills, but good for stopover
Very close to airport, with shuttle. Smallish room, clean and quiet.Responsive staff. Not really walkable neighborhood, but ok for quick stop when flying in and out of MIA.

Not like up to par to other Wyndham expectations!
We've stayed at MANY Wyndhams & have LOVED them, this one is one of them. Rooms are small and the bathrooms are even smaller, could barely change clothes, the toilet squeezed between wall & shower. Shower supper small & sink squeezed also and no place to set personal items. The property itself looked nice on photos but is OLD & needs TLC. The little market on property if you call it that has nothing anyone would need or want. The room we were put in had a blinding street light outside our room so don't expect your room to be dark & dumpster below slamming early & late. The property did not look busy, would have thought they could have saved that room as a last resort. The wall so thin, you could hear every conversation of passerby's. The front desk staff seemed less than happy to assist. To say the least will not stay here again. Ohh and lets mention literally 2 sheets for blankets & comforter.

Cheap isn't always the best
Shuttle was "getting tires" when we arrived and wait at airport was at least 2 hours - even though we called a week in advance to set it up. No elevator (not advertised) our room was on 2nd floor, had to carry heavy luggage up the steps. Shower head was so low, I had to duck to wash my head/face (and I am not a tall person). No comforter on the bed. Room was not the cleanest. Lobby did smell nice, and I was granted early check in.
