The room was great. Perfect location for our trip. Close to family and all the things we planned on doing that week. The service was top notch. We came to drop off our bags early as our flight arrived very early and they gave us a free early check-in so we were able to nap before seeing friends. Our flight back was very late and they held our bags for many hours after check out. 10/10 would recommend and will be our go to hotel when we go to New York going forward.

The hotel is clean, safe, and perfectly located in Manhattan, with easy access to the subway and Soho shops, all within walking distance. While there’s no room service, the Italian restaurant downstairs, The San Marino, offers plenty of great options. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
