The staff was wonderful but there were several problems with my room: issues with the WiFi, the coffee maker, the internal telephone, and I had no hot water until I complained. I would not stay there again because of these issues. I have lived in Buenos Aires and know there are systemic problems, but these were localized to the hotel. Despite that, the breakfast was great.

We stayed for 3 nights in March 2023. We chose it for the location and were very happy. The front desk staff were so helpful and always ready to give directions or suggestions. All spoke very good English. There was a nice breakfast each morning on the lower level. The rooms were nicely appointed and the bathroom was spacious--some minor wear and tear was visible, but overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend CasaSur in Recoleta.

Chairs used throughout facility very uncomfortable and don’t fit under table in bedrooms, making it harder to navigate room. Breakfast very good with good variety of sweet and salty options. Location excellent although Avenida Callao is very busy at all hours so earplugs for sleep are a must.
