Hotel is in a great location. Probably a good renovation is due but still in pretty good shape. Room cleaners are pretty loud in the morning. Yelling at each other down the hall which doesn’t seem appropriate early in the morning. This happened everyday of my stay. The hotel has a shuttle you can use within 3 miles of the hotel which covers the Omaha AP and other venues. This was a plus.

This location charges for parking, early check-in, and is cashless(exception of the arcade), so factor that into your stay. Evening parking was difficult in the paid hotel lot, use the shuttle if you can. Lots of amenities within the building itself made it easy to eat/play quickly, having small kids. Many options within walking distance as well. Hot tub and main pool are good sized, and heated. The kids water features need some TLC. Rusty, peeling paint, broken chairs
