The customer service was excellent. When we arrived, Tom on reception was so welcoming. We asked him for some food recommendations and the two restaurants he suggested were great. The room was tidy and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the reception. We also visited the 1920s/banker bar and the service was exemplary. I highly recommend staying at the Haštal Hotel. Its location in the Old Town is truly unbeatable. The wonderful, caring staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodating. As a family-run business, the hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The hotel offers free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and pastries all day long, which is such a lovely touch. There are also comfortable common sitting areas both indoors and outdoors where you can relax. Breakfast provides a wide variety of choices, including several nice options for vegans. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a unique charm that makes you feel like you’ve stepped onto the set of a Wes Anderson movie. Truly a gem in Prague.

This is a gem of a hotel. Excellent breakfast options, lots of variety at no charge. Very comfortable bed. Coffee machine and free wine in the lobby. Nice patio at the top of the stairs. Close to restaurants and about a15 minute walk to the Charles bridge, the old town and train station. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable bed and room. The room was a bit small but very quaint and lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was very good and included in the stay. the lobby lounge was very nice. We really enjoyed the free coffee and baked goods during the day that was available. The location was very central to old town. We would stay here again. Thank you.
