I had a wonderful time at the Grand Bávaro Princess. The resort is well maintained. It’s a gorgeous property! I loved the selection of food options. Everything I had was delicious. The dance parties are so much fun! I can’t wait to come back.

The villa rooms were unique and roomy. Clean and spacious. The resort grounds and landscaping are well kept and beautiful looking. The staff were very friendly to me, even though I didn't Spanish. The food was great in all of their restaurants. My overall experience was great. A friendly and family oriented resort.

I will definitely go back to this resort! The staff at the bars and buffets are amazing people! Specially the bar staff and waiters at the Rebel Snack Bar and the lobby bar, I went solo for a friends birthday and they always made me feel welcome every time i walk inside, also the dude at pier 27 shop with the hair color are good people. i would definitely bring my family here, they have a family area for children. Only downside is the seaweed on the beach, must be its season.

Miss it there. I will say some things were not the cleanest such as the sofa in the hotel. The buffet was pretty mediocre. Other than that I met some amazing staff who made my experience all the better

I think this property what made this property unique was that there was no need for us to step outside the resort to be occupied, there was so much going on at the resort itself and it had everything we needed. Food, entertainment, sports, spa, gym. Everything was available and there was always something to do and participate in. We stepped out of the resort twice and that was just out of curiosity and see beyond the resort grounds but we didn’t have to do that.

Really great trip and place to relax and have a great time! Something to do for everyone. Beautiful beach! Beautiful pool! A really comfortable room with everything in excellent condition. Friendly staff everywhere, A+ for the staff! Safe environment. Food is really good everywhere we went. Great job all around. Just be careful with the timeshare scam they try to push on you but it won’t ruin your stay as they won’t insist if you just say yiu’re not interested.

The place was great! It was relaxing and very enjoyable. The food was great and had many options. The only disappointing thing was the check-in staff. They were not very personable or seemingly happy that you are there. They were just going through the motions and explaining things out of routine. This was our first time to Punta Cana and we were excited. I guess I wanted the staff to be as well.

I had to interrupt my trip and come back to the Estates. I’m still waiting for my refund or credit for the nights I didn’t use. The service at the buffet was minimal. They need training on customer service. The sellers on the beach are too puchy. Making the stay uncomfortable.

My room was full of mosquitoes, the toilet didn't work i had to use a bucket and fill it up with water to flush the toilet. When i had reported this to the staff no one came to fix it. Many other rooms had similar situations, for example our family member had problems with the AC because it wouldnt turn on whatsoever and their shower was clogged and they had to sweep out the water. In general the hotel needs to do serious maintenence on the Bungalow Suites, nevertheless the food was good and the staff were very friendly.

Walking into the room I was like this is nice, until I noticed a dead lizard and the stains on the seats. The room never cooled down it was hot! To the point there were no comforters on the bed because they knew the room would never cool down. The maid came only once, we told her no to cleaning but we need towels and the mini fridge restocked( which that didn’t work either !) The room was too far from the beach, the trolley was always packed so it’s hard to get on and off. The Bartenders were not welcoming at all and the drinks were mid at best. The food was trash! We reserved at el Gaucho that was the worst piece of chicken in my life. The only good part was the romantic dinner on the beach.

The place was renovated since the last time I visited in 2016. The rooms are spacious with balcony. The room features were working accordingly. The check in was quick but check out was a bit trouble on the day of departure due to not having my name on the pick up list. That was not specified ahead of time so made me late for my Tranfer ride. The lack of carts for inside transport to areas is a big time consuming. If your room location is far and you do not want or can walk long distance be prepare because is no fast. The staff is pleasant and respectful. I enjoy the dinning to the Italian, Mexican and El Pescador restaurants. Excellent food and the dinner at the beach with the food trucks were easy and convenient when you are at the beach or big pool area. I also enjoy the Casino and club. The Soa was good but sometimes after the massage you need more time to incorporate yourself since it could be hard after a nice work on your body. Overall I had so much fun and felt great and safe. Definitely going back! Thank you!

The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and the room was gorgeous. My concerns were mostly about the food. While there were many places to eat, the food was generally lackluster. Since we do not eat pork, it was challenging to distinguish between the options. At the airport- Transfers and Tours The concierge services offered taxis and excursion packages, so we decided to use their service. We selected three tours and the ride to the resort. However, the guy from the airport kept telling us we would be having breakfast with him at 7 am at his resort. He kept telling us not to give anyone his tickets. We arrived at our resort, and people were offering welcome packages. To receive the package, we had to watch a 90 minute long presentation. It was becoming so frustrating because we came there to relax, and the bombardment was a bit much. On our first morning, the guy from the airport kept calling and insisting we do not eat at our resort, then started giving us attitude when I asked about the activities I had booked. He said I needed to go to his resort, Secrets, to collect the tickets. I was so annoyed and kept saying This does not feel right. I boarded the taxi they sent and kept praying to God to return safely. The entire experience was spooky and reminded me of how I could have been abducted. I was refunded and came back to our resort. I booked our tours with Nexus; they are very expensive $800 USD for three tours for my partner and I. I would never revisit.
