Our room was tiny and cramped with basically no lighting. The beds were uncomfortable. The only possible was that the parking was included. Would not stay again

The rooms were really small for a family of 4 but we made it work. We had to have a baby crib in the room for our youngest which made it a bit tighter. One of the biggest issues was the breakfast. There was no one by the door telling people where to sit, so people were just walking around looking for tables which made it a lot more hectic. Both mornings we had to ask for the table to be cleaned because the employees were focused on other tasks. The second morning we were there (Saturday) was pandemonium. There were actually people standing and eating on the tables where the buffet food is placed instead of waiting for a table. I found this quite disgusting/unsanitary, but the staff didn’t ask them to move.

Distance for going to Dyreparken is perfect. We found a half eaten bag of sweets in our bed, makes you wonder if they even changed the sheets before our stay. Property is due for renovations. We got only 1 towel for 3 guests. There could have been more options at the breakfast buffet.

Bodde på et familierom. Harde madrasser i køyesengene, og ingen stige for å komme opp til øverste seng. Det var ingen synlige lufteventiler på rommet, eller på bad. Vi måtte få luft ved å lukke opp vinduet, noe som resulterte i mye støy fra motorveien. Ellers hadde barna det fint. Kort til dyreparken. God frokost.

Det var ikke kjøleskap på rommet som lovet. Super treig service i baren. Veldig møkkete på bunn av bassenget.
