Poor Customer Service
During our stay there was a severe winter advisory. All Airports were closed and my flight was cancelled. I attempted extend my stay by one day with the Hotel Team. They refused indicating they had now rooms available. They offered no options or solutions to assist us. Please keep in mind it’s a full 24hrs before the storm was going to hit. We did not know when our flight would be rescheduled. I had no problem paying extra money to secure lodging. They refused and wanted us to leave while the snow was coming down, even though the Governor advised people to stay off the roads. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service
