We loved Hotel Baia! We had some issues with our first room (e.g., clogged drain, stained sheets, no service), however the receptionist happily moved us to a better room. The beach area was beautiful and the food at the restaurant was amazing (especially the ravioli and gnocchi)! The staff were also super helpful; they helped us book an amazing boat ride to Capri and get an early morning taxi for a flight. The shuttle into Sorrento was also great! We recommend this hotel!

But what truly made our stay memorable was the warm and welcoming staff, whose hospitality made us feel right at home. Can't wait to return to this slice of paradise!
