Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Easy access to town, port and rail. Provision of set dinner was a real bonus and not expected! Newly renovated reception area and it appears they are upgrading rooms as well. A really good value option for Trondheim.

This is an excellent hotel by all measures. The location is perfect for Trondheim tourism and the music scene. The reception staff could are terrific. They had so many helpful tips for getting around Trondheim and where to eat and drink. The breakfast and dinner buffet are very good (and given the prices of restaurants in Norway, a real money saver). My room had a wonderful view of the city.

Fine fellesområder, koselige folk i resepsjonen, men dessverre veldig nedslitte møbler på rommet(resten av etasjene var visst oppgradert). Fikk oss en god latter da mannen lå med beina i været når beinet på senga plutselig ramla av, men hadde ikke vært så morsomt med en rykvarm kaffe i hånden i stedet for et glass brus. Alle sengene på rommet var utslitte og ukomfortable, da hjelper det ikke med masse puter som pynt. Aircondition skulle være reparert ved innsjekking, men klarte ikke å få ned temperaturen på Rommet selv om den stod på 17 grader døgnet rundt. Var inkludert frokost og mIddag, grei mat, men personalet hadde problemer med å fylle opp med mat, kopper, fat, bestikk etc. Middagen var sikkert grei, men om du vil være sikker på å få en smakebit av det på menyen, bør du ikke vente for lenge! Da kan det fort bli medisterkaker i stedet for koteletter! Sentral beliggenhet, men ikke enkelt å finne parkering.
