First time at The Crossings. Kelly the property manager and Jeff were so nice and accommodating. We were able to stay on the premises after check out and they had restrooms for changing in the lobby. Beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the how you purchase beach passes from the hotel and get your money back upon return is such a great idea. Would definitely be back!!

The desk personnel were very helpful in answering our questions. (Suggestions for restaurant, and events, etc.). They were quite interactive with us as it related to your facilities. It was individually owned Condos. Some rented out. I didn’t know this. The unit looked nothing like the ad on Expedia. It was filthy and old. I took pictures and sent to management. They informed me if the rentals some owners just rent for investment. I would suggest removing them from Expedia as false advertisement. We couldn’t use the air because of the dirt in the unit. I have a lung condition. My Granddaughter was with me and she didn’t want to leave. I did!😡
