The manager of the hotel was very friendly and polite but some staff were very rude breakfast was Repetitious and boring coffee was not including you have to pay internet was awful all day the time was disconnected so I was not happy about it

Konakladığımız oda temiz ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar da ilgili, güler yüzlüydü. Otelin girişinde denize karşı oturabileceğiniz güzel geniş bir bahçesi var, kahvenizi alıp keyifle oturabilirsiniz.

Denize bakan oda güzeldi ama karşılama veya uğurlama yoktu. Otelde müşteriler için ütü olsaydı iyi olurdu.

Odanın manzarası güzeldi. Temizlik konusunda gayet iyiler. Aile olarak 3 gece kaldık ve her gün oda temizlenip havlular değiştirildi. Sadece odanın büyüklüğü tahminimden biraz küçük gibi geldi. Bir de wi-fi çalışmadı. Banyoda diş fırçası yoktu. Bunlar dışında bir problem yok.

Harika bir manzaraya sahip odaları var . Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar güzelyüzlü ve yardımsever. Bence Yalova’nın en iyi ,en sıcak oteli diyebilirim.

Harika bir konaklama geçirdik. Güler yüzlü ve ilgili bir ekip var. Mekanın manzarası ile birlesince biz cok mutlu ayrıldik ailece. AHer yer tertemiz. Kahvaltısi da muhteşemdi. İster özel araç ister deniz yoluyla gelin, her şekilde ulaşım kolay. Her şey için teşekkürler Taşdelen Hotel.
