This a very nice hotel in a quiet location, but a quick walk onto town. Room lovely and spacious. BUT, I do not see how it can get constant exceptional reviews as the breakfast arrangement is wholely inadequate. You have sit on sunlougers around the pool, thats if you can get one. There is a buffet style breakfast laid out on the bar. There are only three small tables in direct sunlight by the car park. There is no shade cover at all, when the temperatures are nearing 30 degrees. The food is exposed to the sun with little or any refrigeration. Sometimes you have to wait for cups, glasses or dishes to be washed manually by the bar tender, not hygienic. We stay in many hotels and have never come across a breakfast service with such poor standards. So although this may be a nice hotel, its service on breakfast is little short of appalling. No way can you call it exceptional as of the reviews, which I would question.

This boutique hotel is special with spectacular views. It has a chill vibe, it’s quiet however out of the way. We walked into town but it was long, hot and somewhat dangerous so we took a taxi $10.00 from town and $25 from the port. The breakfast was fresh and healthy.

The customer service of Parea was top tier! We loved the aesthetic of the room and it was well kept. It was a perfect stay in proximity to Parikia and we were able to walk to the waterfront, shops, dining etc. We felt well taken care of and would recommend to people looking for something a little more subdued with an affordable surrounding area instead of Naoussa. The front desk set us up with rides and rentals and were beyond attentive to our requests. A supremely friendly bunch of staff who we looked forward to seeing each day.

Very modern boutique hotel with very helpful staff at the reception and polite friendly housekeeping. They offer helthy snacks in the morning which is very fulfilling and tasty. There's a variety of restaurants about 10min walk on way to katapola. There is frequent buses from Katapola to Naoussa which upscale area and full of food options. Its abut 15min walking to Katapola. You can take a bus but you need to check the buss schedule. Private taxi are bit expensive.
