TOO MANY GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS HOTEL!!!!
Review of Holiday Inn Stay
Everything about this trip could have gone wrong, but thanks to the expertise of the staff at this Holiday Inn, it turned out wonderfully.
Starting at check-in, there was an immediate issue with all the rooms in my reserved block being charged to the wrong card. The manager seamlessly resolved this issue, ensuring it didn’t cause me any stress. The check-in process was quick and smooth, with everyone being friendly and kind.
The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. As someone who is very picky about showers and usually dislikes the hotel shower experience, I was blown away. I actually took four showers during my two-day stay because it was just that good!
The hotel is in a great area with plenty of DoorDash options that delivered right to my room, so I never even had to go down to the lobby.
My only complaint was the noise in the hallways and the slamming doors. Soft-close doors would make a huge difference, as the loud slams actually shook the room a couple of times. That’s the only improvement I’d suggest for this location.
On a brighter note, the hotel bartender, Alan, was gracious, knowledgeable, and made an incredible margarita.
We visit this area often because my family lives nearby, and we’ve always stayed at a boutique hotel in the past. However, after this experience, I’ll never go back there—this Holiday Inn will be my go-to hotel for every visit. Highly recommend!
