Came in late and desk Agent was sitting on the couches in lobby watching tv. She did promptly help us when we walked in. Room was adorable and loved the theme of the hotel. Lower the bed height

The overall stay was great. But one trend that needs to stop in hotels is the high beds. I'm 4ft 7in, and the mattress was up to my chest making it a challenge to get on. My wife had to give me a boost due to my disability. And she also had trouble as she's only 5ft tall herself. The regestration desk was also taller than me. The property was overall clean. Staff were friendly and accomodating.
