There were cucarachas, first under the bed, then all around the bathroom & front door. Had to buy roach killer to feel better during sleep. Bc we were there for business were gone during the day. I arrived at 5pm and was told a room was not available. I was told to check in and I would get a text when the room was ready. At 7pm, I still had not received a text. I returned at 7:30pm and was told, "Oh yes, your room is ready. We've been just busy." I was late for my 7pm business appointment because I was unable to get dress in a room. I am very upset. This is unacceptable.
