Great staff and service. Everything was good except the sargazo in the beach that caused a terrible smell, which the hotel can’t control, and the lack of good air conditioning in the closed up areas like restaurants.

Great staff all around from pool staff, lobby staff, house keeping and restaurant staff. Food was very mediocre and reservations were a little hard to get but those restaurants had good food! I would recommend again!!
