Old hotel which needs renovation, bad experience
The hotel is getting old and tired... The renovated the rooms which are comfortable (the beds were very comfortable) but the airconditioning system didn't worked at all. The room was extremely hot. We complained but they couldn't do anything they told us. Very bad service and experience. The bathroom is old and the shower was extremely hot or cold, no thermostatic tap. Very dangerous. Also the balcony door couldn't be opened for cooling during the night because at each balcony swallows had their nests and they were flying in and out continuously. The swallows made a mess of the balcony and chairs but also the chairs outside the bar and restaurant were badly polluted with feces. The outside pool was very dirty on the floor, the pool is in need of renovation. They left the cleaning robot in the pool all day without functioning. in the pool there were floats with chlorine while you were swimming in it, not good. The inside spa was good and clean. A bad experience for us. The hotel has so many potential, is beautifully situated on the golf course but needs a big, big renovation. We will not come back and we advise to think twice before you book...

Qu'elle vue !!! Grande chambre lumineuse, confortable et très bon petit déjeuner. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de tester le SPA car arrivée trop tard. Seuls reproches l'isolation entre les chambres qui n'est pas très bonne (mais c'est moins bruyant qu'un hôtel de centre ville) et la baignoire qui n'est pas en très bon état. Sinon le reste était parfait et le personnel très agréable.

Le personnel de la réception et du SPA est compétent et sympathique. Le personnel du bar et des restaurants manque de formation et de réactivité. Les aliments dans les restaurants ne sont fraîchement sortis du congélateur. Beaucoup de buse ne fonctionnent pas au spa et dans la douche de la chambre. Il y beaucoup de taches sur les rideaux, sur la moquette et sur le mobilier et par conséquent nous ne savons pas si c'est réellement propre. Le jaccusi ne fonctionne pas depuis plusieurs mois. Il y a un gros travail de rénovation à faire dans tout le bâtiment à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Le prix rattrape certaine choses qui ne vont pas. Par contre la literie est très confortable.

A quand un vrai sèche cheveux dans la chambre ! Les locations entre particuliers les proposent. Calme la nuit mais à 6h30 du bruit surgit à l’étage du dessus. Matelas bien trop dur, mal au dos et à la nuque tous les matins. Pas assez de transats ! Piscine extérieure trop fraîche donc pas fréquentée. Personnel très aimable à l’accueil de l’hôtel et du spa, au restaurant et au ménage.
