The breakfast was delicious and it had a great selection of Japanese and American style food. The dinner was good, just depends what dish you order. The room and the spa were spectacular.

The room was so hit, the Aircon was really poor and it was 30°c + - the lift was cooler than the bedroom! The staff were lovely, and the area was great but we wouldn't come back as the room was so hot

Pros: Friendly staff, staff will drive your car and park it for you upon arrival in driveway (need to pay for parking). Free drinks in lobby (Okinawa style juice, tea etc).

The hotel was close to the monorail which was nice. The only thing that was not so good was the beds. They were rock hard. That included the pillows also.

Location of hotel is Very nearby busy and shopping street-KoKu Street. Many Choice of shops and a fish market is located inside. Great for having a lunch and dinner there. Also, bus stop and monorail stop is nearby hotel, just 5min walk . Very convenient. Room and clean, front desk service is polite and patient for serving, faster process when check-in process. Room size is wide and big, compared to Tokyo and Osaka. Also, big window inside room , can overview 180 degree to sea view.

Fish market. Delicious seafood enjoy on lunch

Good location and price!

Good value for money. The hotel is older but clean. Bed is comfortable. The air conditioning is little loud and not very cild. Overall it was acceptable. The service is good. Good location and can walk from subway. Would come again.

First of all the front desk personel i would say was fast and efficient. Once we got to our room there was no staff service...we ask about the tv the answer 'i am sorry' that phrase was the only answer we got on all questions asked...it seems to be the most popular phrase of this hotel. I was very disappointed considering my daughter in law is japanese married to an american. She is born and raise in Japan. She came to the the hotel to help us with the translation, she was met with the same phrase i am sorry. To the management who hire these staff the integrity of your hotel is being compromised because your staff are not attentive to hotel guest. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.. To be clear this issue is not only in reference to the tv.

Much better than expected. This is definitely a 5-star. The staff were wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect. I tried to rebook it for our return to Okinawa after visiting Korea but it was full. I highly recommend and will stay here next time I go to Okinawa. Spa services were very good as well I had an excellent message and would definitely do it again. I was a little confused on the spa etiquette but it all worked out.

ゆいレールの旭橋駅や国際通りまで10分くらいのロケーション。スパは有料ですがサウナ、岩盤浴、お風呂もあり気持ち良かったです。お部屋も和風なインテリアで居心地が良しです。
