Great as usual!
Friendly front desk check in. Great room. View was alright, but the safety bars were pretty high so the view kinda stunk. Didn't help that there was construction, but hey its off season so it's expected. Didn't ruin the experience. Room service was great, and everything was fresh. Bed was kinda hard, but not uncomfortable.

It was horrible, pictures were very deceptive. The room had all kinds of issues. Low water pressure, the shower was cold everyday, one of the the bathrooms did not work, no handle on the kitchen sink.

The absolute filthiest hotel I've ever seen. The furniture is literally falling apart, holes in the walls all over the unit, glasses put away with lipstick on them. Just nasty!!!!!

Best Hotel experience
It was a Christmas vacation. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The check in staff and valet staff were awesome. The check out staff accomadated our request for late check out and helped us to recoup some items we left in the room after check out.

Very large room with everything you need!
Upon arrival we realized there wasn't any onsite parking but a garage a block over was offered as well as valet. Check it was easy, I didn't receive a warm welcome but as the checkin process went on the front desk clerks warmed up and chatted a little. The elevator was very accessible from the drive through valet/15 minute parking spot. Our room was very large offering a full kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom, living area with dining table and a balcony. The bed was comfy. The kitchen and appliances were all very clean! The couch seemed outdated but we used it as a bed for our kids and just covered with sheets. The tv was not smart but they give you a dvd rental for downstairs. You could bring a firestick to have more options. The floors felt dirty and almost greasy but we just wore socks. The partial view to the ocean was perfect because we also got a view of the town. The pools looked old but we used the 1' toddler pool and the hot tub and enjoyed the towels availble. The close and quick access to the beach was nice, in no time our toes were in the sand. Oh yes and the washer and dryer was a nice surprise!
