Nightmare checkin and parking app
Check in and parking was the primary problem. It is all done remotely, there is no person on the premises. Shortly before check-in they require you to upload an app in order to access parking. It is rather cumbersome as off multiple sources having to find all this information and then insert it into the app more than once. Then the app was not functional. You’re supposedly assigned a mandatory parking space, but you cannot even read the numbers and have to get out to find the numbers. Then when checking into the building, the signage does not correlate to the instructions. Apparently no person in charge of operating this is ever tried to use it to actually go through the check-in process. The room itself was quite nice, well appointed, clean.
