Nothing we did not like. The Palms was just a short walk to the Thursday Fish fry. The hospitality was very gracious and over the top. Would definitely recommend the Palms.

Staff seemed uninterested in helping you and most lacked basic information about the resort. Breakfast was sparse and not enjoyable. Restaurants were ok but overpriced. Best meal we had was off resort. Would not return. Much better options along Grace Bay,

Excellent Hotel

Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was not over crowded and didn't have any issues with securing beach chairs and umbrellas or a spot at the pool. The grounds were well manicured and once you walked into the resort it was very peaceful and quiet. Beach is gorgeous!
