Food was delicious with chanterelles in season and good wine recommendations. Club sandwich and cocktails in the bar quality. Hotel spa fantastic. Great breakfast! Egg station, great coffee. Smiles from everyone we encountered. Just perfect.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful location

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. Take advantage of the Toskana spa, don’t leave it for check out day (it will not be complementary on that day). The room was lovely ( junior suite). Wifi was ok. Breakfast was very good, the buffet dinner was average, but ok for the price. The staff were all very nice and polite. Pool and other wellness amenities were very nice, overall- highly recommended.

A lively experience from the start. The front office made check in seamless with lots of information about the area and Spa. Room perfect with a spa bath and fantastic river views. I had to work and needed some broadband bandwidth and again everything was handled as best they could including access to the library to work from. Food was delicious with a chanterelles in season and good wine recommendations. Club sandwich and cocktails in the bar quality. Hotel spa fantastic. Great breakfast! Egg station, great coffee. Smiles from everyone we encountered. Just perfect.

This category of hotel usually offers tea/coffee facilities in the room- keep this standard 2.The bed was quite uncomfortable- two single mattresses of poor quality . On a king or queen bed- put a matching mattress not two put together

- fantastic to get picked up at the train station by the hotel staff. They were there and waiting for us when our train arrived and helped with the luggage - evening bar had a gentleman playingnthe piano which was very nice. Other bar and staffvservice was just average. - great breakfast with coffee waiting each morning in decent size pots. Foor selection and quality were a great positive. They will even make you a lunch to go for hiking if you request it. - location is pefext for those looking to see the most around the park and to get in great hikes or sights. Plenty of options for bus, boat, or train for gerltting to where you are going. - included entry to the therme (5 minute walk) was unexpexted and we used it several times. - room was a little disappointing. Bed was comfortable; not many towels; no free plugs causing us to unplug a lamp in order to charge devices AND.. no coffee or coffee pot. Felt this was a big letdown for the price and what was expected. Overall a great spot I would not be disappointed to stay on again.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön mit einer tollen Gartenterrasse an der Elbe. Die Therme, deren Nutzung im Preis inbegriffen ist sowie Hallenbad und Sauna sind sehr schön. Schade, daß es im Zimmer keinen Kaffee-/Teebereiter gibt und in der Minibar nicht wenigstens einfache Getränke bereit stehen. Gläser sind vorhanden.

Insgesamt bin ich mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Ich würde mir allerdings etwas mehr Wasser zu Begrüßung im Zimmer wünschen. Es gibt lediglich eine kleine Flasche Mineralwasser. Das wird ein bisschen kleinlich. Der Bademantel in deinem Zimmer war ein zwei Stellen zerrissen. Das Zimmer war sauber und funktional, lädt allerdings nicht zu längerem Verweilen ein.

Achtung Kostenfalle bei Buchung von 3 Personen im Zimmer. Die Zimmer werden nicht dementsprechend vorbereitet. Erst nach Rückfrage an der Rezeption wird einem mit Zusatzgebühren ein Zustellbett + Handtücher ins Zimmer gebracht. Dieses hat fürchterlich gequietscht, so das wir die Matratze lieber auf den Boden zum schlafen gelegt haben. Bei der Wahl des Zimmers sollte man auch beachten, das gegenüber vom Hotel eine Eisenbahnlinie verläuft. Dadurch entsteht viel Krach. Wenn man es lieber etwas ruhiger mag, sollte man ein Zimmer zum Innenhof nehmen. Personen die etwas eingeschränkt in der Beweglichkeit sind, sollten unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Dusche nehmen. Das Duschen in der Badewanne ist sehr beengt und es gibt auch keine Haltegriffe um sicher ein und aussteigen zu können. Beworbener Park- und Gepäckservice gab es auch nicht. Die Therme die man kostenfrei besuchen kann, ist ca. 150m vom Hotel entfernt. Der Weg vom Hotel zur Therme führt über einen öffentlichen Weg. Muss man mögen, wenn man für alle sichtbar im Bademantel durch die Stadt läuft. Man kann sich aber auch in der Therme umziehen. Highlight des Urlaubs war das Frühstück. Große Auswahl und eine super Live Cooking Station. Der Koch hatte tolle Ideen für abwechslungsreiche Omeletts. Das Personal war auch sehr aufmerksam im Restaurantbereich. Leider steht ansonsten im Hotel nicht der Gast im Vordergrund, sondern die Belange des Hotels. Über Expedia buchen wir sehr gern wieder. Hervorragender Kundenservice!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Welnessbereich, einer angenehmen Bar, sehr freundlichem Personal und einem tollen Ausblick auf die Elbe. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Man kommt vom Hotel aus schnell überall hin, ob mit der Fähre, dem Rad oder dem PKW. Man kann im Hotel was essen, aber kommt auch zu Fuß schnell in naheliegende Restaurants. Die Therme ist fußläufig und im Preis. Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage.
