The only parking in the area for some strange reason is the hotel’s small and inconvenient underground lot which is difficult to access. The room was very hot, no fan, and no tea or coffee in room. Apparently the low rate I secured through BOOKING did not include breakfast, a fan, or tea and coffee.

Unprofessional
First impression is good, but unfortunately one of the beds had a large dump. We reached out the reception (by e-mail) after the first night (we arrived late). We never got any reply. When we got back to the hotel we asked for a new matrass or anything to fill in the dump, in order the be able to sleep, at all. The receptionist were very unpolite. After some time we got a quilt to put in the dump. We were trying to show her the dump, she said she knew about it, and she was clearly annoyed. We tried to say that the hotel can not charge us for two beds, when there is only one that can be used. She told us that we were «so unkind». And she also told us that she would call her manager the next day (to late for us) and call us the next day. We never heard anything. Very unusual and unprofessional treatment.

Die besten Jahre hat das Hotel hinter sich. Die Einrichtung ist veraltet und abgeklebt. Wenn es dann wenigstens sauber wäre. Aber Spinnenweben und Getier in den Ecken auf Zimmer und Flur gehen gar nicht. Wenigstens sind die Betten bequem und frisch bezogen. Wasserflecken im Bad auf den Fliesen, Armaturen und dem Spiegel sowie Rückstände in der Toilette unter dem Rand zeugen auch von mangelnder Hygiene. Wenigstens sind das angebotene Frühstück in Ordnung und die Lage top.

Bra hotell som är lite ute på vischan
Bra hotell till ok pris. Ligger lite off, men det var precis det vi sökte efter. Hotellet har ingen restaurang men en bra grekisk restaurant ligger ca 10 min körning från hotellet. Spa avdelning utnyttjades av dottern i 20 sekunder. Vattnet var svinkallt :-(. Tyst och bra rum. Stort badrum, synd bara att man måste duscha i ett badkar. Frukost helt ok med allt som jag behöver, äggröra, bacon och korv. Samt färskt bröd, kaffe, juice, och bra pålägg.

Meget ringe stand, tæt på at være ulækkert beskidt. Både på værelser (havde 3 værelser) og på gangene. Poolområde/ wellness HA.! Der var ikke noget der virkede og ingen sæbe eller extra håndklæder til at vaske sig før og efter. Ellers fin bar. Den var bare ikke åben.! Morgenmaden var okay, de var bare mega dårlige til at fylde nyt op. 15-20 ventetid bare på kaffe. Æg og bacon var der kun nogen der fik. Meget dårlige parkering eller ingen.

Vi kørte igen efter 10 minutter…
Vi nåede slet ikke at sove der. Vi kørte igen efter 10 minutter på stedet. Nedslidt værelse, skummelt område (industri), meget lidt liv på stedet, spa var “lige” gået i stykker i går. Vi havde glædet os til pool/spa, men efter et hurtigt kig på stedet kørte vi et nyt sted hen og mistede dermed 754,- kr. Bare ærgerligt. Vi havde ikke lyst til at blive der en nat… 🙁

Die Unterkunft war echt dreckig und sehr verstaubt, einige Sachen, wie Fenster, Duschabfluss, Gardine waren kaputt. Echt erschreckend, ich habe mich gar nicht wohlgefühlt. Nach einem Gespräch, habe ich die Suite bekommen, diese war auch sehr dreckig. Ist das Geld bei Weitem nicht wert.
