I had read the reviews and still took the chance. The building is run down, our room was never serviced - we were there for 4 nights - and requested. Resulting in me leaving trash and towels just in the hall. Elevator was broken. Housekeeping maintenance carts just constantly in the halls (just not cleaning my room). Hot tub cold. In general the property and it's overall maintenance has a very bad reputation in the Park City market.

Sketchy operation
A lot of the furniture and appliances had preexisting damage to it. Room was falling apart. Hotel then tried to charge me for damages to the room they claim they had not noticed before. Steer clear. Very fraudulent.
