The elevator was broken so the wait was 10 minutes to get on! The hot tub was broken! Makes zero sense why people staying at the hotel has to pay extra for the waterslide ! $700 stay and have to pay for that is ridiculous

2/10 Poor

Amenities not up to par
Hot tub was out of service and we weren’t notified like tree front desk said they were doing to customers the day prior, arcaded closed early and didn’t extend hours on Monday except for a school coming in, pool bathrooms were gross and not clean. The pool water temperature was freezing and the amount of choline in the pool made my kids eyes water and cough to the point that we had to leave. Was very upset about this experience and the fact that both in g was done to compensate us after driving a hour and 1/2 to go to this hotel because of their water park. I won’t be back for a very long time!

Good hotel, could be great
The convenience of having everything you need in the building is great. However, for the price you pay for the rooms some amenities should be included. The breakfast buffet is on par with continental breakfast but you pay $10.99/person. The pool is great but you'll also pay extra to use that. One elevator was also out of order which seems to be common and leads to long waits for the working elevators.

4/10 Fair

The hotel was nice and fairly clean. We stayed Monday to Tuesday and didn’t realize half the things weren’t open those days. I looked back when we check in and saw no mention of that nor was anything listed in the webpage. The stay was still fun but disappointing we couldn’t experience it all and had no idea about the closure.

Don’t go here.
Hottub not working. Tube slide not working. Pool open to public Saturday and Sunday. Main waterslides and activity center closed Monday and Tuesday. When it’s open to just hotel guests Monday and Tuesday. Complete joke. Drove 7 hrs one way to enjoy this dump of a place. Never again.

Disappointing, don’t bother
We were excited to stay here for the attached Waterpark. I regretted my decision as soon as we arrived into our room. The room was 305 with a view looking into the side of the Waterpark, not pretty but not life altering. However, the room was freezing but only put out cold air. We called the front desk and they delivered a heater which helped thank goodness. Until then the kids were sitting freezing in the cold room just coming back from swimming, we even gave them a hot bath to warm them up. Even me in my jeans and sweater found it cold and I usually like hotel rooms to be on the chilly side. The toilet barely flushed and ran constantly, we didn’t call about that, we lived with it since we were only here for the night. However then we were woken up by maintenance first thing in the morning to have it fixed. Not sure why they would bother guests and just take the room out of rotation and fix it when we check out? Lastly the Waterpark was nice but the only adult slide was broken and the hot tub wasn’t working. Lastly although there are food options on site which I thought would be convenient the one we tried closed at 10 for food and didn’t deliver. We ended up having to leave the pool early to go order our food and stand there with cold, wet children to get our food. I would not stay here and probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I would save my money and stay across the street. The room was very pricey and wasn’t worth at all for what you got.

Hotel itself is clean and your average hotel room wise. If you request rooms together you have to call the hotel, do not do via the hotels app. It is not the hotel and they don’t see any messages you send. The hot tub heater was broken but being fixed. The small kids area that is half the water park is freezing temps. Most kids ended up with a rash from the pool, everyone’s skin felt quite raw. Lazy river is fun, big water slide too! Arcade is good. Service for breakfast at Aaltos is awful, however the lady could be burnt out as she was the only really. Overall kids had fun, parents survived!
