The staff is amazing- we loved interacting with Gambino and Emilio at the pool and beach, and were well taken care of by Erick and Elizeth at the Spa. Elizeth was amazing- making sure i got full use of my week pass at the spa, which provided access to the sauna, steam room, and cold plunge. Overall it was an amazing stay!
