Price is good and rooms are very clean and comfortable fir fanlmilies. That said we noticed most balconies have wasp nests on the other side of screens. Screens are very intact with no holes but ifvl they break it could be bad for wasp getting in. Very spacios balcony. Everythibg good, just fet rid of wasp nest everywhere
