Room was clean and spacious, pool and hot tub were nice, bed and pillows were very comfortable! Breakfast was pretty good, but it would have been nice to have some sort of eggs or other protein option. Overall, a great place to stay!

Our room was very accommodating. The staff was cordial. The breakfast offered guest was mostly starchy foods but sufficient. The bed was comfortable but was only a queen and my wife & I are accustomed to a king, so it was cozy. There were 2 TVs one in the bedroom and one in the sitting room.

Hotel is clean. But the Hide a bed is really uncomfortable. I’d go for double queen beds instead of the hide a bed if I were you. Also, disappointing that there is no easy way to call the hotel directly. You get sent through a call service and the person on the phone isn’t even in the state. No phone in the room to call out.

This is a great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and we love the atmosphere of a studio apartment rather than a plain hotel room. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall great experience. When we travel to Rapid City Gramdstay will always be our first choice for accommodations.

Overall pretty Good

Shower had to much pressure, IKR who would jave thought that would be possibly in a hotel. With what appears to be recent renovations the fridge was jammed in by wall and countertop making it hard to open all the way. Appreciated the newer flooring yet with that any noise made above us was heard, and unfortunately for us they were more night owls then us.

Was a place to sleep

The couch was very hard, uncomfortable to sit on. The bed I slept in sagged in the center, my wife and I pretty much rolled to the center. The bathroom has no exhaust vent. The toilet plugged up on the second morning, went down to let them know, they said they would come down right away, we left for the day, come back and still plugged up, had to go and ask again. The bathroom door barely closed, had to use force to open and close. The ice maker in the freezer did not work.

We had to change hotels cus the other one we were at was not clean, things broken etc.. we were checking in with you and a lady came in and told the employee to call the police as there was someone yelling and a drunk.
