Place dirty, grease smells from the restaurant going in to you roomWhere do you connect your phone or some device to the light? It's not safe. It has holes. The hand sink doesn't work. The bathroom doesn't run in water. The previous guests left clothes with a bad smell and they didn't take them out the day we arrived. There's no air conditioning and it has a 15 cm fan for a room they gave me the room they wanted, not the one they had to give me, 5x3 meters for a family of 4 where you can't move, only the suitcases filled the space to move

There is a reason for very few photos on their website and on Expedia's website. All the rooms are tiny with the most tiny room being the bathroom. I paid for an upgrade or "superior" room which had no upgrades that I could see. There is very little special about the area surrounding Zocalo Puebla. Area restaurants are overpriced because they believe tourists are ignorant and will pay it.
