We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding location, vintage style, & well-heeled service from every single staff member during our entire stay. Bravo to the management for the training excellence. Location is on the square so our driver called the hotel to have the bellman come and get our luggage. He came running down the street and then walked us back to our hotel. Hotel is quaint old school with fancy woodwork everywhere. A gem in Quito. Highly recommended.

Hotel Plaza Grande is centrally located to what we wanted to see in 'Old Town' Quito. Our beautifully decorated suite was very comfortable and had great views of Plaza Grande and beyond (magical at dusk). Most of all we felt very safe and secure.
