Near the beach, can see part of the ocean from the room. No A/C but the ocean breeze in June had it cold enough to sleep. Pool had a deep end of 7 feet which was nice.

I highly recommend this place for anyone. You will not regret staying here. In walking distance to the beach, fridge, microwave, very clean. The bed was off the chart w/comfort. A definite 5-STAR (Well worth a 10 star). I will definitely be booking here again.

No frills but updated motel room. So close to the expensive motels in Cambria, but very nice on your wallet. The plantation shutters and window sill needs some cleaning. I lived having a ceiling fan. Wall heater is really rusty and could use some attention.

Comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Great staff , friendly and knowledgeable. One of only two places I will stay in San Simeon. The other hotels are not worth staying at. Some staff at other hotels should find another line of work . Sea breeze inn and silver surf hotel are the only ones I would recommend to stay at.

A great place to stay in San Simeon. Compared to other hotels in town, I would recommend staying here . Only other hotel is motel6 . Stayed at other places in Sansimeon , and would not recommend any . Some had terrible service and rooms and clerks with an attitude.
