Quaint comfortable room with classic feeling furnishings. Helpful and attentive service, very good breakfast. Panoramic view from roof, but staff don't permit photos with interchangeable lens cameras "because the hotel is a designated historical site." And they said that status could be at risk if I was cought using my camera on the roof.

The location is excellent, situated in a very central area that's convenient for exploring the city. One of the highlights was the rooftop. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Great for those who like antique hotels. The building is historic and elegant. Rooftop restaurant offers great meals and the best view. There’s live music twice a week in the garden restaurant. Great vibe, friendly front seat staff. Wonderful. I will definitely stay there again.

Super hotel with the best view.

The experience at Merodi Barnathan Hotel was the best of the best. The view is amazing, probably the best view of the Galata Tower in town, the personnel is amazing and very friendly, the breakfast is superb and because it was my birthday they kindly left me a cake and a gift at my room that day. I couldn't ask for more in a hotel, when we come back to Turkey we will definitely book here again.
