Our room was in what they called the first floor but our window was like what you would find in a home with a basement when you looked out you would be looking at peoples feet. The phone in the room didn't work the hallway carpets were extremely worn and coming apart. We will never stay there again for what we paid.

This is our third stay here in 2 years and all three times there is only one working ice maker and this particular visit it was on the fourth floor and we were on the second. Our window had no lock on it, As a woman that is a non-negotiable. We had no remote and they did bring one to us. The tv looked like a tiny computer moniter, no way to stream or rent movies, so you are stuck with whatever chanels they have. Beautiful room and amenities. Need to fix the windows.
