I chose the hotel because check out was only at 12am. I had already traveled for 13 hours and was hoping to get some sleep but the hotel had a construction site starting at 7am. I understand that renovations are being done but they should inform the customers. Also the kitchen was closed when I arrived at the hotel even though it should have been open according to the schedule. Really bad service!

Rummet väldigt trevligt. Servicen undermålig, jag fick själv ta initiativet till att säga hej när jag kom men inte ett hej tillbaka. Dålig information om parkering, wifi och annan bra info för vårat besök, Maten, fick micrad mat där grönsaker fortfarande var kalla och vattniga. Väldigt stor portion dock. Men tråkig. Hade önskat bättre upplägg, mindre portion och någon kall sås till (vegpytt) Även köttbullar m sås såg micrad ut. Men god. Lax på planka var en halv och torr bit lax. Frukosten varierade mycket på våra två morgnar. Ena dagen bra, andra saknades mycket. Bra läge till High Chaparall och in till centrum samt nära t andra matkedjor och E4. Ett par trevliga personal mötte vi på. Och plus till att det gick checka ut något senare.

Allt bara bra, det ända vi saknade var att vi var 4 st, men vara 2 glas i badrummet, och endast 2 karameller låg på 2 av 4 sängar. Och att det skulle vara bra med en liten folder på rummet med info om frukost tider, öppetider för restaurangen och wifi info 🙂.

Toppen frukost och bekväma sängar i helt nyrenoverad rum. Dock var både rummet och badrummet alldeles för trångt för att vara familjerum med tanke på att vi hade ett par väskor och barnvagn så fanns det inte mer golvyta kvar. Vi reste 2 vuxna och 2 barn (5 år och en 6 månaders) och det var nästintill omöjligt att tvätta av bebisen i duschen då duschdörren var mycket märkligt installerad. Annars mycket fräscht och modernt.
