Nice location but over all bad maintenance.
I recently stayed here with my family for 5 days and wanted to share my thoughts.
**Pros:**
- The breakfast was really good! It offered a variety of options, and I truly enjoyed starting my day with a satisfying meal.
- The location is excellent. It’s within walking distance of popular attractions like the Science Museum, Hemisférico, and the Palace of Art, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
**Cons:**
- Unfortunately, the room left much to be desired. The mattresses were old and sagged easily. We complained on the first night, and the staff placed a blanket on top to mitigate the discomfort. However, it didn’t resolve the issue, and we still had an unpleasant experience.
- The kettle provided in the room was nice, but they didn’t supply any tea bags or coffee. When I called to request some, I was informed that they were available for an additional charge, which seemed rather disappointing.
- The bathroom amenities were lacking. There was only one soap dispenser attached to the wall by the bathtub, and after requesting more soap, they brought me a single bar, as shown in the photo. There were no toiletries or toothbrushes provided, which is something I would expect in a decent accommodation.
- The lifts were extremely slow, making it frustrating to move between floors, especially during busy times.
- Additionally, the floor in our room was broken, indicating poor maintenance throughout the propriety. property.
