I checked in with my family (two adults and four children) around 8:30 pm. We got the kids settled and went back down for our luggage. Not even thirty minutes later, as we were all laying down for bed, I received a call from the front desk saying a neighboring room had complained about noise. During that call, the young woman told me twice that “if she had to tell her supervisor to come up, he would not be so nice.”
At no point was I rude or confrontational, yet the way this was handled was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I don’t expect to be compensated, but I do feel that future guests should be aware of how poorly management treats paying customers. This was a disappointing and stressful experience, especially for families traveling with children.
I cannot recommend this hotel and hope my review helps others make an informed choice before spending their hard-earned money here
