I had trouble communicating with the hotel for awhile. I sent many messages through Expedia. I finally got a response when i sought another way to reach out. Upon arrival, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was okay. The window wouldn't open up very much, and the bed was just average for comfort. However, the location was good in that it was walkable to the old part of town, which was fabulous. In addition, the breakfast option was really good. Overall, a decent experience. I would recommend thicker pillows and a hairdryer for the room.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous logeons toujours dans cet hôtel quand nous venons à Clermont ferrand. Les chambres sont propres, le personnel est top et professionnel, toujours à notre écoute. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Nous reviendrons sûrement
