Simple self check in with no hotel staff. Rooms.were clean and comfortable, not much in terms of hotel amenities but communication was excellent on Whatsapp and provided good value.

The location is great and safe in the heart of Cartagena old city center. The cleanliness was great. The mattress is comfortable. However, the customer service during check in, check out and the entire stay was a disaster. You feel like you did not pay for your room and you are not welcome. The shower is cold and the water pressure is very low. The room does not have a window you can open and close. I won’t return back to this hotel and I won’t not recommend to visitors who care about a good customer service. Forgot something, keep in mind they will knock at your door at 11AM to push you to check out. Even with this poor customer service, they could not spoil my travel experience. Cartagena is wonderful and worth visiting.

AVOID IT!!! From checking in time I was expecting a little noise from the bar. But at 10/11 at night the noise went astronomical. Next to my room there was a party spot. People screaming, singing loudly, laughing out loud, and the walls have zero insulation, making it feel as they were in my room. Texted the property for help, sent videos of the noise. Left in the middle of the night to find a hotel to sleep. AVOID IT

Small city and this hotel was smack in the middle all the workers where great and no matter what time you came in our out they were always happy to help with questions and recomend a few spots. Would stay here again without thinking about it twice.
