Nice hotel with kitchenette and all the supplies. Well located near the center and walkable distance to many attractions. The reception is not open during night and the pool was not open in end-April. The staff was very friendly, spoke English very well and replied emails in minutes. The place is very clean. Price a bit expensive given it was not the high season.

Great Value in Madrid

This is a newer hotel and the suite was very contemporary and well appointed. Having a kitchen and a small separate sitting area was very nice. The bed was very comfortably and, though some street noise could be heard, it was a pretty quiet room. The location was great - about an equal distance between the Prado and Puerto del Sol. Lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby.

Great property with clean modern room. Walking distance to Retiro Park and plenty of eating and shopping all around. Get an extra key so you can keep AC running when out or it won’t cool down. Automation for entry and elevators works but likely you will hit the wrong floor once or twice. Pool is small - sign actually says for 3 max! - and limited day hours. Only real issue was parking. It’s convenient, and if you pay thru front desk it’s cheaper - but make sure you get something for exit. I got stuck trying to get out at 330am on way to airport. Had to call parking kiosk number and fortunately someone answered. Overall would book again.
