The room was big, the place was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was very basic, but the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a small water leak from the shower in the bathroom, but overall, I had a good night’s rest.

Not exactly an airport hotel ! It’s at the end of the runway but u have to drive all the way around . The taxi is $35 usd the taxi is cheaper towards the beach . My room was on the ground floor , the curtains too small, it over looked the car park which had lights on all night .

Stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed the comfy bed, close location to the airport and the nice rooftop pool. However, it wasnt clean, lots of renovation noise (and water interruption), breakfast was a meat sandwich in a plastic takeaway container, and the staff were friendly but not super helpful. Lowest price we could find on Guam, but not sure I'd stay again.

Even the hotel is not located near the beach it offers the quiet comfort of a clean spacious room that has a mini refrigerator and microwave. I enjoyed my stay and will book again.

This is a motel, not a hotel. They advertise a shuttle. they said they have a shuttle, but no driver. It was clean, but very basic with very old furniture. No diner options in hotel. Limited food options near hotel. Staff was pleasant. they said it was under renovations.

Lil home away from home

honestly it was good, it was a quick trip home for a funeral and it was close by to what we needed. the hot water didnt last to long but it was good enough. the only thing i was not expecting was a 200. deposit. the paper work clearly stated 100 and the form they had. i didnt argue i just was confused why.. the staff were amazing and everyone made us feel welcomed. i would stay here again. it was the best rest i got in a while. if you looking for simple rest/shower/quiet. its here. we stay here because of errands and family event. value was worth it for my family.

Amidst renovations, an adequate place to stay

I was in Guam on business and this hotel was really close to the airport but kind of in the middle of the drive to other places. The property is in the middle of renovations by a new owner and it's clearly an old property. The staff was amazing and very helpful, but the hotel has the vibe of an old motel that's being fixed up. Once the renovations are done, it'll be a great place to stay because it's between a variety of places to go, so it's convenient from that perspective. The cost was reasonable considering it's not in the resort area and it's close to the airport, but it wasn't quite worth the money yet--it will be after the renovations and once the hotel is up to Best Western standards. I might stay there again in the future, but it'll depend on other hotels' prices.

Bathroom was not up to standards..weak shower..zero tv..been out for months front desk said.. totally not what i expected..said because if Covid no shuttle no breakfast.. Rented a car and it was a bomb..Definitely not cool.. only saving grace was staff..very friendly very helpful

This was a great stay respectfully because of all the typhoon damage and recovery. The staff was outstanding and personable. The elevator was out due to typhoon. Staff helped me carry my suitcases up to the third floor. The room was clean and neat. Power went out a couple times due to rolling outages in the area. It was great these folks had good attitude and powered on.

Needs facelift

Airport was a $28 taxi ride away from terminal. That’s $56 dollars over and back. Deceptive because on other side of the runway. Room was in poor condition. Tea bags were ancient. Cockroach on floor when on floor when I walked in. Staff was nice. Needs a facelift to be labellwd a Best Western.

Centralized and Sufficient

Centrally-located and familiar lodging that I visit for random weekend staycations. No frills, no fuss accommodations, with a view of the front parking lot. Minimalist amenities, with an active guest-only card accessible safety measure in place during late PM. Parking is sufficient, and never had an issue with theft anywhere on the premises. Light but adequate continental breakfast with every stay. Responsive customer service. Only negative remark would be the almost out of order shower faucet handle. Called front desk to report and maintenance responded quickly. However, no repair or replacement of fixture… just a tighten of the screw, good for just one more time use. Suggestion for hotel: update to include small table for eating or study vs. dated, rarely used side drawers. Thank you!

Terrible. Many Listed Facilities Absent

So this hotel has only got one thing going for it and that is its location close to the airport . It’s convenient if you have. A car- but not if you don’t , as their shuttle is out of commission . Though breakfast was included in the room rate, the restaurant was out of commission , so they gave you a packed breakfast. This is fine unless you’re vegan, vegetarian , kosher or halal. Breakfast was a ham sandwich , juice box and a cereal bar. No other option was available . The TV in the room comes with a card that lists all the channels. Except most of those channels don’t exist . For example, they had CBS but not Fox. This was important because Fox had the Super Bowl this year. Rather than watch it in my room before a flight I had to go and find a sports bar. Not what you want when you’re in transit . How do claim to provide TV service but don’t have a major network? The phone in room did not work. This is a problem when you’re trying to call around to find a sports bar to watch the Super Bowl , because the TV in your room doesn’t carry the Super Bowl Wouldn’t stay again: the hotel is simply full of false advertising on its listing .
