Family vacation

Location great, but no body wash, only 1 toliet paper and 2 towels for four guest. I had to go to lobby to get supplies. Restaurant was great, elevators are slow so we used the stairs. In all we enjoyed our stay.

Old weathered hotel on the beach.

The only thing this place has going for it is location. It is on the seawall. Great views from oceanfront balconies. If you want a old weathered room with fresh paint on the beach this is for you. Includes nothing, everything is an extra charge, minimal service available. Steps from the beach, that is all.
They cleaned around the roach for 4 days.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was great. Staff was friendly. Right on the beach. It is an older hotel which you can tell,, carpets need replacing in the hallways and things need updating but overall a nice place. New restaurant on site was really good,, dinner and breakfast was delicious.

The room wasn’t bad bathrooms could use updating. We stayed in wheelchair accessible shower it would run water into the bathroom floor so had to use towels to try and kept it from standing water. The hallway and elevator area is in need of paint and updating it’s ridiculous.

My happy place is the beach.

The day we arrived the pool was closed. There was a green slime where you would enter the pool and the sea gulls were bathing in it. We had a room with an ocean view and the beach was closed off right outside our room. There we trucks hauling in sand. There were renovations in progress so we heard lots of hammering and circular saws at work. The hotel is very dated. We did enjoy the view. The sunrise and sun sets were AMAZING!

The staff were very personable and helpful but the AC was either broken or under powered. It was hotter in our room for two days than it was outside which was disappointing for a $225/night room. They brought up a temp unit on the second night but that didn’t help much. We had the blinds closed etc. the room was like a sauna.

Place was okay, it was nice to have the beach right there. I liked the vicinity of everything. But the bed linens felt cheap and we had to get new wristbands for the pool everyday we wanted to go there. It also could be cleaner, especially the pool. Not sure if this is the hotels fault, but other people that were staying there had zero respect for other people.

Went for a weekend getaway. Parking was $10 a day but not guaranteed a spot since anyone can park there. The elevators are extremely small. Stayed on 6th floor. Common areas were extremely dirty. Room A/C did not work very well. The water pressure left a lot to be desired. Pool and building is in need of repairs. Not worth the $$ we paid.
